The representative of the United States restated his delegation's view, that the material that had already been provided fully and completely met the obligations of the United States under Article 63.3 of the TRIPS Agreement. He requested that, since it was a subject of dispute settlement and would be dealt with under the procedures established by the DSU, the issue be removed from the agenda of the Council.
