Industrial Designs Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2002 (S.I. No. 275/2002)

This Order appoints the first day of July 2002 as the date on which all of the provisions of the Industrial Designs Act 2001 (Number 39 of 2001) come into operation with the exception of section 89(b) of the Act. That provision is made redundant by the repeal of section 79(2) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 in section 89(g) of the Industrial Designs Act 2001.
