Law No. 5147 on the Protection of Layout-Designs of Integrated Circuits

The purpose of this Law is to protect the integrated circuit topographies in accordance with the provisions of this Law, to create a competitive environment in this field and thus to ensure the development of the industry. This Law covers the principles, rules and conditions regarding the protection of registered integrated circuit topographies.
