Regulation on the Examination, Registry and Discipline of Patent Attorneyship and Trademark Attorneyship

The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles regarding patent attorneyship and trademark attorneyship examination procedures, as well as registration procedures, professional rules and disciplinary practices of patent attorneys and trademark attorneys. This Regulation covers the applicants for patent attorneyship or trademark attorneyship exams, natural person patent attorneys and trademark attorneys, and legal entity patent attorneys and trademark attorneys. Obligations to be followed by trademark attorneys and patent attorneys, disciplinary penalties for illegal acts and the formation of the disciplinary committee are regulated by the relevant regulation.
