Presidential Decree No. 4 on the Organization of Affiliated, Related, Associated Institutions and Organizations with Ministries and other Institutions and Organizations

The procedures and principles regarding the establishment, functions and authorizations of the affiliated, related, associated institutions and organizations with ministries and other institutions, along with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, established in order to provide protection on industrial property rights and present the information and documentation available domestically and at abroad regarding industrial property rights, affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with a special budget.
