Articles 10 and 11 of the law of 30 June 1994 transposing to Belgian law the European Directive of 14 May 1991 on the legal protection of computer programs: These Articles lay down the penal provisions concerning on the one hand the offence of counterfeiting computer programs and, on the other, the offence of eliminating or neutralizing technical devices protecting computer programs.
