Protection is provided based on Article 9 of the draft Law on Industrial Designs which provides:
"The protection prescribed for an industrial design under this Law shall grant its owner the right to prevent others from selling, importing or manufacturing, for commercial purposes, any product whose design has been reproduced in its entirety or as a part thereof."
