Bill C-4 (An Act to implement the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States)
Bill C-4 amends certain terms of protection in Canada’s Copyright Act that are calculated on a basis other than the life of a natural person, such as anonymous and pseudonymous works, non-dramatic films, and performances fixed in phonograms.
