110. The Chairperson said that the Secretariat had received two new sets of responses to the questionnaire contained in document IP/C/W/273, namely from Hong Kong, China and from Thailand, which had been circulated as documents IP/C/W/125/Add.21 and 22, respectively. Furthermore, the Czech Republic had submitted a set of new responses, which supplemented the information contained in the responses to the illustrative list of questions it had provided earlier. These new responses were being circulated as document IP/C/W/125/Add.8/Suppl.1. 111. He recalled that, at the last meeting, the Council had received two new contributions, namely from Norway and Switzerland (documents IP/C/W/293 and 284, respectively) and continued its discussion both on a number of substantive issues and on a number of procedural questions relating to how the Council should handle its further work on this matter, in particular about the extent to which all the issues that had been raised under Article 27.3(b) should be pursued in that context or whether some might more suitably form part of the items to be taken up in the context of the review of the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement under Article 71.1. A new paper on the matter had been received recently from the delegation of Australia, which would be circulated as document IP/C/W/310.
