The representatives of Australia, Canada, the European Communities, Hungary and Turkey recalled their respective substantive contributions to work under this agenda item and supported the Chair's proposal that the Secretariat prepare an annotated agenda and a summary paper. However, they suggested that establishment of a target date for submission of proposals should be postponed until after the discussion at the next meeting.
