The Chairman said that, as regards the report that the Council had to submit to the General Council in accordance with the transitional review mechanism of China, the Council had requested, at its last meeting, the Secretariat to draft a factual report which would describe what had happened and make reference to the documentation that had been produced, including the relevant parts of the Council's minutes. This draft report had now been circulated in document JOB(02)/193.
