The Chairman recalled that Members, intergovernmental organizations with observer status in the Council, and the WTO Secretariat had provided their annual updates of information on their technical cooperation activities prior to the Council's meeting in September 2002. Since then, the Council had received further information from the European Communities and the following member States: Austria, Finland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom; and from New Zealand and Switzerland. This information was being circulated in addenda to document IP/C/W/377.
