The Chairman said that the Secretariat note also listed seven Members whose reviews had already been deleted from the Council's agenda on the understanding that any delegation should feel free to revert to any matter stemming from the review at any time. In this connection, certain questions had been raised with regard to the implementing legislation of these countries. Since the Council's last meeting, Japan had posed follow-up questions to China in relation to responses it had provided in the context of its regular review initiated in September 2002, and a follow-up question to Malaysia.
