The Chairman observed that there had been useful discussions, that there were several new and substantive submissions and a number of useful and constructive contributions, including suggestions and counter suggestions for a more structured discussion on some of the issues and approaches. The Chair said he would reflect on those matters and would continue his consultations on how future work on the three agenda items should be organized.
