The representative of Cuba, supporting the statement made by Brazil, said that she was in favour of establishing a link between the recommendations in "Cluster A" of the WIPO Development Agenda and the technical assistance and capacity-building work by the WTO, for which the proposal in document IP/C/W/513 was a good working basis.
