The Chairperson recalled that 18 Members, including one newly acceded Member, Lithuania, were scheduled to be reviewed at the Council's meeting in November 2001.4 He recalled that the Council had agreed, at its April meeting, that for the reviews in the week of 26 November 2001, questions to the Members concerned should be submitted by 14 September 2001 and responses to questions posed within that deadline by 26 October 2001. He also drew attention to a communication that he had received from one of those Members, Gabon, which had been circulated in document IP/C/W/276 for information.
