16. The representative of New Zealand said that her delegation had been somewhat hampered in its preparation of questions for the enforcement review. Due to the late submission of a number of notifications in this area, notably the responses to the Checklist of Issues on Enforcement, her delegation had to complete its preparation of questions without sufficient time to examine those notifications. Her delegation would urge all Members which still had notifications outstanding to expedite their submissions, because the review exercise would be more complicated if the necessary information was not available.
