The Chairperson said that the notification from Mongolia of legislation under Article 63.2 of the Agreement, which she had mentioned under the previous agenda item, also contained a notification relating to Article 70.8 and 70.9 (Annex III of document IP/N/1/MNG/1). Otherwise, she had no new notifications to report under this agenda item.
