19. The representative of the European Communities reiterated the importance his delegation attached to the full and timely implementation of the obligations under Article 70.8 and 70.9. He underlined once again the usefulness, for all Members, of a systematic review of the implementation of these provisions, as his delegation had proposed at earlier meetings.
