26. The representative of Pakistan supported the views of Morocco, Egypt and Mexico. His delegation also felt that a systematic review of the implementation of Article 70.8 and 70.9 went beyond the ambit of the TRIPS Agreement. The only requirement was to notify implementing legislation. As regards Article 68, monitoring compliance did not automatically translate into a review.
