The Chairperson suggested that, since answers to some of the initial questions remained outstanding, the Council revert to the review of South Africa's enforcement legislation at the next meeting and that the delegation of South Africa provide these answers in writing as soon as possible and preferably sufficiently prior to the next meeting for delegations to study them. She also recalled that the procedures adopted for these reviews provided that at subsequent meetings of the Council an opportunity would be given to follow up any point emerging from a review session which delegations considered had not been adequately addressed.
