The Chairperson said that the report of the Appellate Body in India - Patent Protection for Pharmaceutical and Agricultural Chemical Products (WT/DS50/AB/R) had been circulated on 19 December 1997 and, together with the Report of the Panel as modified by the Appellate Body Report, adopted by the DSB at its meeting of 16 January 1998.
