3. The Chairperson informed the Council that a joint notification under Article 4(d) had been received from Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. This notification concerned the Treaty of Asunción and the Protocol of Ouro Preto and had been distributed in the IP/N/4/- series of documents.
