15. The representative of Bulgaria said that the follow-up questions posed to Bulgaria by the European Communities and their member States had been sent on 13 July 1998 and received in the Bulgarian mission on 14 July 1998. Nevertheless, his delegation had received from its capital replies to these follow-up questions just prior to the present meeting. He read the two replies concerned.2
