16. The representative of Egypt said that this subject had been raised at previous meetings of the Council. He reiterated his delegation's view that there was no provision in the Agreement for a review concerning Article 70.8 and 70.9. If the United States had posed questions to some Members and not received replies, it could raise this with specific Members concerned. If a systematic review were held, the Council could also do so in relation to other provisions, for example Articles 66.2 and 67.
