27. The Chairperson recalled that, at the last meeting, responses to follow-up questions were still due from South Africa and the United States. The answers in question had been received from both these delegations and would be circulated in the IP/Q3/- series of documents as soon as possible.
28. The Chairperson suggested that, since there were no issues outstanding, the item concerning the follow-up to the review on patents, layout-designs of integrated circuits, undisclosed information and the control of anti-competitive practices in contractual licences be deleted from the agenda, it being understood that any delegation should feel free to revert to any matter stemming from that review at any time.
