The representative of the United States said that his delegation was perfectly willing to provide information as to how the United States had addressed the requirements of Article 66.2 and would respond to any question directed towards it on the implementation of Article 66.2 in the same way as it would expect other Members to respond to questions addressed to them, for example in relation to Article 70.8 and 70.9.
