99. The representative of the Philippines said that Members had the right to propose the inclusion of other products in the registration system to be negotiated under Article 23.4. However, such proposals should not prevent progress in the negotiations that were required to be held, in good faith, under that provision in relation to geographical indications for wines and possibly spirits.
