102. The Chairperson proposed that the Council take note of the statements made and revert to the matter in its next meeting. With a view to organizing its discussion at its next meeting, he proposed that the Chair might come forward with suggestions for a more structured approach to the issues under debate. In this context, the responses to the Checklist on Article 24.2 which had been received from more than 20 Members, and other proposals made, could also be taken into account.
