140. The Chairperson informed the Council that the Draft Annual Report of the Council had been circulated in document IP/C/W/119. As the period of review included also the present meeting, he proposed necessary additions taking into account the discussions at the present meeting, which were made available to the Council in document IP/C/W/119/Rev.1.
