143. The Chairperson recalled that, at its last meeting, the Council had had a preliminary exchange of views on this matter. It had been agreed that delegations should reflect further on the nature and scope of the review and delegations had been invited to come forward with written suggestions as to how the Council might best approach the review. Australia had recently done so in a non-paper.
