The Government of Jordan hereby wishes to inform the Council for Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights that, with reference to paragraph 6 of Article 14 of the TRIPS Agreement, Jordan does not apply any limitations on national treatment referred to in Article 17 of the Rome Convention.
