According to Article 155 of the Code of Civil Procedure, provisional measures shall not be applied with regard to:
• financial organization in the process of restructorization in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• suspension of validity of the contested legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on suspension of activity at the financial market, conservation of financial organizations, as well as its written instructions;
• suspension of validity of the contested legal acts of the state revenue bodies that serve as a basis for tax examinations.
