13. Article 1334(2) (IP/N/1/RUS/O/2 at 399): Any copyrighted work or object of related rights incorporated into a database must be subject to the rightholders' exclusive rights. Please explain how Article 1334(2) accounts for the rights of authors of works included in a database.

Paragraph 2 of Article 1334 stipulates that exclusive rights of the preparer of a database are recognized and are effective regardless of the rights of authors of works included in a database.
