53. Please identify: (a) the competent authority that decides the disposition of the goods, i.e., whether the goods will be destroyed or disposed of outside the stream of commerce; and (b) the competent authority that carries out the destruction or disposal of the goods.

(a) Section 20(1) of the Counterfeit Goods Act provides for the Court to order the destruction or disposal of the goods outside the stream of commerce. (b) The destruction or disposal of the goods is usually left to the discretion of the successful applicant.
