10. Article 55 of the TRIPS Agreement provides that "...in appropriate cases, this time limit [of ten days] may be extended by another ten working days". Is such time extension foreseen in the US system? If not, please explain how an applicant can avail himself of this possibility as expressly provided by the TRIPS Agreement?
