153. The representative of Argentina pointed out, with regard to paragraph 2.2(d), that Articles 24.4 and 24.5 of the TRIPS Agreement stipulated specific dates where TRIPS obligations became applicable to Members under two specific circumstances. This point should be reflected in the Draft Text.
